What is the Patient Portal?
The patient portal allows a patient to communicate with our office online. Using the portal you can do the following
- Send the nurses a message
- Request refills of your prescription medications
- Check when your next apptt is
- Request a new appointment
- Change your personal information in our records
- Enter family history, surgical history and other elements of your history before coming to the office
- See results of your tests and labs online with comments from the doctor and staff. * Presently only labs done at Quest can be seen online. We encourage you to use Quest as your lab if your insurance covers Quest
How does it work?
Our office will assign you a user name and a password. If you do not have a username and password and would like one, please send us an email at

or call us and a staff member will call you to give you a username and password.
Click on the link below and enter that information. It does take about 15 minutes before your information is received by our office.
Note: If you are using Internet Explorer, and you get an error in trying to log in again, you need to go to Tools-Internet Options-Privacy-Advanced Options-Always allow session cookies and make sure it is checked.
